Refund Policy

We want you to love your ATLAS products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, contact us at evan.roux15@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Return your original item for a refund and place a new order for a different size or product.
